Sunday in Paris

Sunday in Paris was so beautiful -- sunny and warm. We spent the day wandering in and out of cafes (eating croissants, tartes, creme brulee, crepes and quiches) and visiting the Musee Picasso (more below) before making the arduous Metro -- train -- Tube -- more train -- Taxi --journey home.

We ate lunch in a cozy, open-air cafe near the museum. The cafe was run by three women and there were huge bouquets of fresh flowers, little dogs that belonged to the owner looking for handouts, children and friends from the neighborhood popping in and out and delicious food. Across from the cafe was a beautiful community park and musicians were playing in the streets. It was every beautiful cliche that you can imagine about Paris.

Nae Nae in the metro.
